The war for talent is over and talent has won. While organisations expend a tremendous amount of effort attempting to retain talent, in fact employee mobility is increasing not decreasing. Watch a lecture by Ian Williamson, which includes the reasons why organisations should reframe employee retention to be an issue of 'relationship management'.
